What data is collected
When you submit the contact form on this website, the following information is collected: your name, company name, email address, website URL, Shopify store URL (if provided), project type, budget range, timeline, and the message you write. This is the only personal data collected. No tracking pixels, advertising cookies, or analytics platforms that collect personal data are used on this site.
How data is used
The information submitted through the contact form is used solely to respond to your enquiry about Shopify development work. It is not used for marketing, shared with third parties, or added to any mailing list without your explicit agreement.
Data storage
Contact form submissions are delivered to a private email inbox and stored in that email system. No separate database of contact form submissions is maintained beyond what your email provider retains. Email is hosted by a GDPR-compliant provider.
Third-party services
This website does not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or other third-party tracking services that collect personal data. A Cloudflare Turnstile widget is used on the contact form for spam prevention — this processes a minimal signal to verify the form submission is from a human. Cookies
This website does not set any persistent cookies used for tracking or analytics. Any cookies set are strictly necessary for site functionality (e.g., security tokens for form submissions). See the Cookie Policy for details.
Your rights
Under GDPR (if you are in the EU/UK), you have the right to request access to personal data held about you, request correction or deletion of that data, and withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these rights, contact me directly at the email address on this site. Requests will be responded to within 30 days.
Data retention
Contact form data (email thread) is retained for as long as the business relationship or potential engagement requires it. If a project does not proceed, data is deleted within 12 months of the last contact.
